Registration & My Account
To register or create an account on ZipZo, first of all you needs to download and install our mobile app, click on the "Register “bottom. Proceed next and please provide the information in the form. You can review the terms and conditions and submit the registration information.
No. Registration on ZipZo is absolutely free.
To get a personalized experienced we recommend you to register on ZipZo. You can surf and add products to cart without registration but only registered members can proceed to checkout and place orders. For registered members have to be logged in while checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.
Each contact mobile number and email ID can only be used with one ZipZo account only.
'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on ZipZo; It is very easy to update your ZipZo account information and view your past orders any time through 'My Account' (My orders). You can Manage/edit your personal data like address, email ids and others information. You can Change your password, reset your password, and Track the status of your orders from “My Account” section.
Yes, you can change multiple delivery addresses in your one ZipZo account while placing the order.
Yes, it is possible to have different city address and you can place orders for different or multiple cities. At the time of check out you will be asked to confirm delivery address. Please note address must be in our servable area.
Open the slide menu by clicking on triple line on the top left corner of mobile app, Click on your name & number section, there you will get a option to “Change Password”. With this, you can reset/change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team by clicking on “Customer Support” option on your mobile app.

1. First of all download and install our MobileApp click on the "Login" button or if you are new to ZipZo then “Register” with us.
2. Browse product which you want from our wide selection product list and add these to cart, also you can check product details by clicking over the product name.
3. Go to cart by clicking on “cart’ symbol and proceed to check out.
4. Add your delivery address, choose delivery date & select preferred delivery timing and make convenient payment from our different payment option or chose Cash On Delivery (COD).
5. You will receive a confirmation SMS from our side that your order has been successfully placed.

When you place an order, our different team execute your order by the following actions:
1.You will receive a SMS of the confirmed order along with the expected delivery time slot.
2. Our Dispatch Centre (DC or warehouse) is notified of the order and the delivery slot. Our Dispatch Centre (DC or warehouse) then prepares your order, packs it. Before packing it undergoes through different quality checks.
3. After that order is ready for delivery by the Dispatch Centre (DC or warehouse), our delivery executive pick up the order and delivers the same to you.
4. When your order is delivered successfully to you, will receive an SMS confirming the delivery. You may also receive a feedback call or you can give your valuable feedback on the link which you will receive via SMS, after each successful delivery.
Throughout the whole process, our “Order Fulfilment Team” continually monitors the action so that you get the product within the committed time. We will notify You via SMS in each and every steps involving in the process.
Don’t worry You will be notified via SMS which contains the current status of your order. If you want to check the current status of your orders please check “Order history” from the silde menu by clicking on the triple line on the top left corner of your mobileapp and then click on the “Details” beside the particular order number which you wants to check.

After placing of your order if you want to modify that particular order, then you have to contact our Customer Support Team for any modification of order on 9222022211.
Yes, return can be done at item/product level and if you have ordered multiple items/products, you can initiate a return for a particular item/product.
In case you want to cancel an order, you can cancel before the cut off time of your slot by contacting our customer advisor team.
Instead of cancellation you can also choose to reschedule your order for a different date and time slot as per your convenient and slot availability. Otherwise we charged Rs.50 if the order is cancelled after order processing or after cut-off time for cancellation. For prepaid orders the cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount and for Cash On Delivery or Card On Delivery orders, a claimed will be sent to you or in your next order it will be added as an additional charge.
There is an order cancellation fee to compensate for the time and effort incurred towards processing of an order. Every order placed has to undergo a various process by different team to make sure that the order delivered to our customers on committed time, each time. This entire process we incur labour as well as invest time for that slot. During the event of a cancellation the entire process has to be disrupted and stopped.
In such exceptional case you will receive an SMS as well as an email notification about unavailable items or you will receive a call from our side.
At the time of check out you will prompt to choose payment methods. ZipZo offers you multiple payment methods. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking and Wallet. Cash on delivery (COD) and Card On Delivery is also available. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that ours trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.
There are NO hidden charges. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.
With Cash On Delivery (COD) you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep. Cash on delivery (COD) is available for orders less than Rs. 4000.
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on ZipZo but you are comfortable to pay via credit/debit cards, you can chose Card On Delivery. With Card On Delivery you can pay by swapping your credit/debit cards at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep.

To pay using your credit/debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After submitting these details, you will be then redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password or your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

All credit card and debit card payments on ZipZo are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks and are secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. Also RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) and Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using their credit card and debit card. It means extra security for customers providing an additional layer of security, thus making online shopping safer.
The 3D Secure password is a password which is created by you, is known only to you. Thus this password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.
You can do register for the 3D Secure password for your credit/debit card by your bank's website. The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the "Verified by VISA" and "Mastercard SecureCode" services, respectively.

When you are going to checkout you will be prompted to enter delivery address, delivery date and select delivery slot, on that page there is a box “Have promo Code”, where you can enter any e-voucher/ coupon/ promo code that you have. After entering, click to ‘Apply’ and the amount will be deducted automatically from your invoice value.
There is no delivery charge if you order above a specified minimum amount for free delivery or else mentioned free delivery.
There is no minimum order for delivery.
Yes, we do same day delivery. Just you have to place the order before the cut off time for that day and we get it delivered to you at the same day afternoon/ evening. But, if order is placed after the cut off time for that day, will be delivered the next day in the slot chosen by you. Please note that all time slots are Subject to slot availability.
ZipZo deployed dedicated team of delivery personnel and have fleet of vehicles, operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our shoppers.
Your order will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you. If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations) we will credit 2% of your order value to your ZipZo account. To get the credit amount you needs to register a complaint.
ZipZo offers 4 (Four) Delivery slots in a day, during which you can scheduled to receive your order. It may differ depends upon the city.
Slot 1 - 7:00 am to 10:00 am
Slot 2 - 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Slot 3 - 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Slot 4 - 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Sure, it is up to you on which time you want to get delivered of your order. On the checkout page chose your preferred delivery time slot and place the order.
Yes, you may also reschedule your order as per your convenience by Calling to our Customer Support Team till the order is not already en route.
Depending on Dispatch Centre (DC) or Warehouse timings and Dispatch Centre (DC) or Warehouse capacities, your order may be scheduled for a different day. However, you can choose “Urgent Delivery” * for same day by calling to our Customer Support Team. *Subject to availability
Yes, you can change delivery address. Every time before on check out page you will prompt to select your delivery address, where you can change your address to which you want products delivered. To edit/change your delivery address log into your ZipZo account, on “My Account” section at “My Profile” you can edit or change your delivery address. Return & Refund
We have a "100% no questions asked return policy” and we have only one condition that “No terms & Conditions” for return and refund. This entitles all our users to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality & quantity or freshness of the product or incorrect product. ZipZo at its sole direction, will offer a replacement or refund of the product(s), or arrange for the re-delivery, and/or will take the returned product(s) back with us and issue a Refund in your ZipZo Wallet for the value of the return product(s). Balance shall be used to pay your subsequent purchase bills.
Return Policy - Time Limits:
1. Perishable goods: Within 12 hours from the delivery date
2. Other goods: Within 2 days from the delivery date.
We issued a credit note or credit to your ZipZo Account (ZipZo Wallet) against a return. Balance shall be used to pay your subsequent purchase bills.
Within 72hours from the time of received of return goods to our executive, we will issued a credit note or credit to your ZipZo Account (ZipZo Wallet).
