Damages & Issue:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hrs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, don't forget to mail us with an attachment of the product picture you have received ,so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund:
If you would like to apply for a refund considering the reasons mentioned above, please do mention the reason for applying for the same, when you mail us if you would like to opt for a refund or an exchange.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refund Timeline
- Return Request Approval – within 2–3 business days after you raise a return request.
- Pick-up & Quality Check – within 4–7 business days after approval (depending on your location).
- Refund Initiation – within 2–3 business days after successful quality check of the returned item.

- Prepaid Orders: within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

COD Orders: within 5–7 business days to your bank account after you share the details with us.
